Covid update: India vaccine cost for common people; rail fare hike reason

- From India allowing private facilities to participate in the vaccination of common citizens from March 1, to 19 states and Union Territories in the country not seeing any deaths in 24 hours - here are the top news updates on the Covid-19 pandemic. The Union government said that vaccination at govt facilities would be free, while it would be chargeable at private hospitals. The price would be decided in a few days. From March 1, India will begin vaccinating those aged above 60 years, and those aged above 45 with comorbidities.
