Delhi to lock down for a week in wake of Covid crisis: Arvind Kejriwal

- Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the national capital under complete curfew from 10 pm tonight till next Monday. The decision was taken after the Chief Minister held discussions with LG Anil Baijal over the pandemic situation in the capital. Kejriwal said that the healthcare system was at breaking point in the capital and a lockdown was the only way to stop it from collapsing. The Chief Minister added that essential services would continue to operate while marriage functions will also be allowed with a maximum of 50 people in attendance.
