Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi, announced new rules for phase 4 of the lockdown implemented to battle the Covid-19 pandemic. Count of Covid cases in the national capital has crossed the 10,000 mark, while at least 160 people have died due to the disease. Kejriwal said that many restrictions were being relaxed in the current phase of the lockdown, since the economy needs to be restarted now. While allowing public transport, except Metro, the Delhi government has placed restrictions on the maximum number of people allowed per vehicle. Also, apart from shopping malls and bars, barber shops and salons will continue to remain closed. However, market complexes can reopen with odd-even formula. There's no such restriction on shops selling essential items. Watch the full video for more.
