Watch | ‘Intoxicated’ Russian diplomat hits biker, punches Delhi cop

A seemingly drunk Russian diplomat allegedly assaulted a policeman after an accident with a bike which injured two in south Delhi, late on Tuesday night.

ANI reported that the diplomat rear-ended the bike, leaving the riders injured, and then rammed into a barricade after he was asked to stop by the police.

The Russian official, who was bleeding heavily from the nose, refused to come out of the car and allegedly punched and abused a constable on duty.

One of the bikers was admitted at the AIIMS hospital. The other who sustained minor injuries told the news agency that the diplomat was drunk and driving very fast.
