Aamir launches voter awareness campaign

As India, the world's largest democracy, heads towards parliament elections, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan on Tuesday launched an advertisement film on voter awareness campaign featuring him. An initiative of the Ahmedabad-based non-political group 'Association for Democratic Reforms, the campaign is aimed at creating awareness on the power of the vote among a large youth population. The campaign theme Sacche ko chune, acche ko chune also carries the message that one should be fully informed of the antecedents of the person they vote for.
