Controversy's very own child Rakhi Sawant was out of lime light for quite a long time but the drama queen is back with a bang. There is buzz that an unknown designer named Pooja Shukla recently alleged that Rakhi has refused to pay her Rs. 1.2 lakh for 40 dresses that she created for the leggy lass. Reportedly, she even filed a police complaint after Rakhi abused her over the phone.
