Ranbir Kapoor to become a detective now?

Having played the roles of a lover boy, a salesman and a deaf-mute Barfi, Ranbir Kapoor now for the first time is all set to play the role of a detective. Buzz is that Ranbir will play the character of Sherlock Holmes, of course a Desi version, in his production venture and he will be working with Anurag Basu yet again for this film.
