Sanjay Dutt and Manyata have filed a joint declaration with Goa's registration authorities seeking the withdrawal of their marriage declaration, filled before the Goa Sub-Registrar. The couple filled an application before the Salcete Sub-Registrar saying that they do not wish to solemnise their marriage under the Portuguese Civil Code, 1867.
