Talk about India's culinary delights and uppermost in the lineup are hot, mouthwatering kebabs that belong to a well-established tradition in the land of nawabs, Lucknow. A walk to the congested Aminabad Chowk in the city will take you to the famous 'Tunday Kebab'. That recipe, they claim, is some 150 years old. 160 different aromatic spices bring with them health and digestive remedies.
