Britain’s former MI6 chief Richard Moore says new intelligence assessments show that Russian President Vladimir Putin has no intention of entering negotiations to end the war — a conclusion that aligns with the increasingly hard-line approach taken by the US and its allies. In an interview with Bloomberg’s The Mishal Husain Show on November 13, Moore said Putin would need to face far greater pressure before he would even consider the kind of settlement envisioned by US President Donald Trump.
