From Thailand-Cambodia 'war' to Gaza land 'theft', UN chief admits to getting sidelined by Trump?

The UN Secretary-General’s spokesperson condemned recent remarks by Israel’s Army Chief Eyal Zemir suggesting the ‘yellow line’ from the Trump peace plan would now serve as Gaza’s border. The UN stressed it was not directly involved in implementing phase two of the plan and reaffirmed its opposition to any changes to Gaza’s borders. Zemir had claimed Israel would maintain its current military positions, describing the yellow line as a forward defensive and operational boundary, contradicting the October ceasefire agreement and the Trump plan’s stipulations. The UN also expressed concern over rising tensions between Thailand and Cambodia, urging both sides to exercise restraint and adhere to the ceasefire.
