MoS Anurag Thakur defends CAA, says ‘NPR process to start in April 2020’

MoS Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur defended CAA and NPR. Anurag Thakur said that Muslims don't need to worry. “Nobody will lose citizenship because of NPR,” he added. The BJP leader hit out at Congress and said that NPR was introduced during the latter's regime. Anurag Thakur further informed that the process will start in April 2020 and end in September 2020.
