Bajwa extension: How Imran is using Kashmir for domestic power politics

Amid tension with India, Pakistan extended the term of its present Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa by three years. Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the decision was made with the 'regional security situation' in mind. So is the move a message to India or is Imran using Kashmir for domestic power politics?
