Days after the Chandigarh administration imposed a lockdown to contain the spread of novel coronavirus disease, the police have still not been able to implement the curfew in the city's peripheral areas. Villagers from this Kacchi Colony slum say they feel suffocated sitting at home all day. The Police PRO refuses to acknowledge the breach of curfew saying everyone follows the norms.
