Congress refutes reports of Ajay Maken’s resignation

The Congress has denied reports of Ajay Maken's resignation as the Delhi party president. It said that he is on leave for a health check-up and will be back within a week.Maken has informed Congress president Rahul Gandhi and in-charge of the party's Delhi unit, P C Chacko, about his trip, party leaders said.“Maken has not resigned and will continue to be the Delhi Congress chief,” Chacko told PTI.
