Drowning army officer rescued by coast guard helicopter in Goa

A 26-year old army officer, who had slipped off the rocks and fallen into the sea in Goa, was rescued by a coast guard helicopter on Thursday . The incident took place at Cabo de Rama in South Goa. Post his rescue, the Army officer was airlifted to Navy Hospital INHS Jeevanti. He was rescued by Himmat Singh, air crew driver (ACD) from the coast guard team.
