Green fire crackers as good as the real thing & cheaper, says Harsh Vardhan

Ahead of Diwali, Union minister Harsh Vardhan explains why people must opt for 'green' firecrackers instead of the conventional ones, as they pollute less. The Minister of Health and Family Welfare says that in addition to being less harmful for the environment, many 'green' crackers are also cheaper.
