Hyderabad rape l Girl should’ve called cops & not sister: Telangana Minister

After a veterinary doctor was allegedly gangraped and burned in Hyderabad, the state Home Minister has that the girl should have called the police instead of her sister. Speaking on the incident the minister, Mohammed Mahmood Ali said that the woman could have been saved had she dialed 100 when her scooter broke down. The girl's charred body was found in an underpass near the Chadanpalli village in Rangareddy district, Telangana.
