IAF’s Apache chopper’s maiden flight at Hindan airbase; induction on Sept 3

The Indian Air Force will be inducting the AH-64E Apache attack helicopter on September 3, 2019. Ahead of the induction, the IAF released video footage of the chopper taking its maiden flight. The helicopter flew for the first time at the Hindan Air Force Station. It will be inducted into the force at the Pathankot Air Force Station. The Apache chopper was delivered to the Indian Air Force on July 27, 2019 at the Hindan air base.
