ICJ stays death sentence given to Kulbhushan Jadhav

The International Court of Justice on Thursday stayed the execution awarded to Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav by a Pakistani military court for alleged spying. Pronouncing the order, ICJ Judge Ronny Abraham said that India should have been given consular access as the rights invoked by India under the Vienna Convention are plausible.
