ISIS-inspired module, planning terror attack in Delhi, busted: Police

Delhi Police claimed on Monday that it arrested three men allegedly inspired by the terror outfit, Islamic State or ISIS. The arrests were made in Assam's Goalpara. The Police claimed that the men were planning a blast with an improvised explosive device (IED) at a festival in Assam. Once successful in Assam, the suspects would have attempted a terror attack in Delhi, according to the police. A 'complete IED with a timer', 2 swords and 1 kg explosive powder were seized from the suspects, as per the cops.
