Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Haryana's Rohtak. He was seeking support for Manohar Lal Khattar, the incumbent CM seeking re-election in the upcoming state polls. PM Modi's rally coincided with his government at the Centre completing 100 days in office. PM Modi cited the Centre's major decisions on issues like Jammu and Kashmir's special status, and assistance to farmers, to woo the electorate. The Prime Minister also hailed the 'ISRO spirit' in the country, with regard to the Chandrayaan 2 mission.
