Chandrayaan 2: ISRO achieved several landmarks, says Congress’ Kapil Sibal

Congress leader Kapil Sibal praised ISRO's achievements and said the space agency has acheived several landmarks in the past. Former DRDO scientist Rajiv Gupta said we have to analyse the data recieved and find out what really happened. The comments comes after ISRO lost communication from Chandrayaan 2's lander Vikram. PM Modi asked the scientists not to get disheartened. ISRO lost contact just 2.1km ahead of making contact with the lunar surface.
