Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal arrived in Goa for a two-day visit on Tuesday as part of his three-state tour, to pitch the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as a firm alternative to 'corrupt' Congress and the BJP in the upcoming 2017 Goa Assembly polls. The floral wreath is traditionally worn in the ongoing local festival of San Joao.
