Kerala woman who refused rescue without her 25 dogs reunited with the canines

Kerala resident, Sunitha refused to be evacuated from her home without her 25 dogs during the floods. The volunteers and rescue officials of Humane Society said that they cannot evacuate her dogs. At which, Sunitha sent them back. Eventually, Sunitha, her husband, and all her dogs were rescued and brought to a shelter. The family has now returned back to their home in Thrissur after the floodwaters receded. Humane Society has started a fundraiser so a kennel can be built at Sunitha's home.
