NEET to replace all other medical entrance exams

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be the only entrance test for admission in medical colleges. Students aspiring to become doctor will have to only crack NEET. While addressing a press conference, Minister of Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar said, “There are different entrance exams in different medical colleges of the country but now only one examination will be done, on the basis of which students will get admission. The decision was taken under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Several important decisions have been taken.”
