Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the 10th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg on Thursday. 'BRICS in Africa collaboration for inclusive growth and shared prosperity in the 4th industrial revolution' is this year's summit theme. The summit will be held over three days. Prime Minister Modi was on a five-day tour of Arica. He visited Rwanda first and then Uganda before the BRICS Summit. He said that Africa was a top priority for India at his speech in Uganda and gave 200 cows in Rwanda.
