PM Modi to visit France days after it blocked Pak move in UN on Art 370
Updated on Feb 27, 2020 09:36 am IST
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting France days after the European nation, along with the United States of America, reportedly helped block Pakistan's attempts to internationalise the Article 370 issue. Paris and Washington didn't allow Islamabad to succeed in organising a formal and open meeting of the United Nations Security Council on the latest developments in Jammu and Kashmir. PM Modi will be discussing defence and trade, among other issues with French President Emmanuel Macron. He will also be attending the G7 summit in Biarritz.
