INTERVIEW || On Rafale, PM Modi to Congress: ‘Stop mudslinging, prove your allegations’
Updated on Jan 01, 2019 07:57 pm IST
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said the Congress must stop mudslinging over the Rafale deal and instead prove their allegations if they can, especially given that even the Supreme Court hasn't found any merit in the opposition's charges so far. PM Modi talked about the Rafale deal and the Congress' allegations in an interview with news agency ANI. Modi pointed out the allegations weren't against him personally and even though they were targeted at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, they were baseless and false. Modi said he has already clarified in the parliament his government's stand and made public facts related to the deal.
