Delhi ‘serial rapist’ confesses to kidnapping girls on way home

The Delhi police has arrested a 38-year-old serial rapist for allegedly sexually assaulting uncountable schoolgirls. The accused identified as Sunil Rastogi, a tailor by profession, used to kidnap minor girls going to home from school on the pretext of their parents calling them. He used to take the minor girls to a secluded place and would sexually assault them.
