Suspended BJP leader Manoj Baitha surrendered

Baitha is accused of moving down nine children and injuring around 20 outside a government school in Muzaffarpur on February 24. He was suspended from BJP's membership for six years for his involvement in the accident. Tejashwi Yadav was the first to allege that the vehicle involved in the Muzaffarnagar accident belong to BJP General Secretary and the driver was intoxicated. Rabri Devi accused the government of selling alcohol in the state. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is not going to celebrate Holi in wake of the Muzaffarpur deaths.
