Toxic foam was seen floating in the river Yamuna near Delhi's ITO. These foams are usually formed due to rise in pollution level. The foam is hazardous for people living nearby. Experts say detergents are one of the major reasons behind pollution. Yamuna is among the most polluted rivers in India. Over 18 drains in the capital flow into river Yamuna.
