UP: 65-yr-old Dalit man and his son allegedly forced to drink urine, one held

A 65-year-old Dalit man, and his son were allegedly beaten and forced to drink urine. The incident took place at Rora village in Uttar Pradesh's Lalitpur district. The victim alleged that the accused had assaulted him and his son last week over a trivial issue. Following the incident, the victim had lodged a complaint with Sadar Kotwali police. The accused allegedly attacked the victim again when he refused to take back the police complaint. Police said that they have arrested the prime accused following a complaint by the victim's family. Police added that the search to nab others involved in the case is on.
