Watch: Odisha MLA forces govt official to do sit-ups for poor quality roads

A legislator of the Biju Janata Dal created a controversy by forcing a government official to do sit-ups. Member of the state Legislative Assembly, Saroj Meher, forced a junior engineer in the public works department to do sit-ups after complaints about poor road quality in Bolangir district of Odisha. The legislator even went on to threaten the official, saying that if he didn't do sit-ups, then he would be beaten up by the people. A video of the incident has gone viral.
