‘Sour grapes’: UP CM Yogi on Priyanka Gandhi alleging lawlessness in state

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday hit back at Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra over her tweet on increasing crime rate in Uttar Pradesh. Yogi Adityanath said, “It's a case of sour grapes as Rahul Gandhi (Congress president) lost from UP.” Priyanka, in her tweet, had claimed that crime incidents are on the rise and the criminals were 'roaming freely' in the state. The UP police also responded by claiming increased efficacy in countering crime, citing statistics.
