Addressing a rally in Jabalpur, India's leader of the opposition LK Advani attacked the ruling Congress party for delaying the death sentence of 2001 parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. Advani, the Prime Ministerial candidate of India's main opposition Bhartiya Janata Party, has been warned of a possible terrorist attack.
