Afgan blast aimed to dent Indo-Afghan friendship: Rao

Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao after returning to Delhi after inspecting the site of a huge bomb attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul on Friday, blamed elements desperate to undermine Indo-Afghan friendship for the deadly assault.
