Updated on May 08, 2012 01:48 pm IST
About 100 Air India pilots have not joined duty since last night on health grounds, leading to cancellation of several international flights. The pilots have taken sick leave and according to reports, another 200 pilots may also join in the strike. The pilots threatened to go on strike from Monday night, minutes after their talks with the airline management and aviation ministry failed on the issue of training for the Boeing-787 Dreamliner.
