Ajay Maken slams IOA

Union sports minister, Ajay Maken slammed the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) for continuing to retain its tainted lawmaker, Suresh Kalmadi, as its chief even after being accused of facilitating the $6 billion Commonwealth Games. Interacting with reporters in New Delhi, Maken said that the IOA could only be trusted if it takes a tough stand on Kalmadi, in a way forcing him to resign as the chief.
