Amandeep, Jai Bhagwan enter finals at Commonwealth boxing

Indian pugilists Amandeep and Jai Bhagwan made it to the finals of their respective weights in the on-going Commonwealth Boxing Championship, being staged at the Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi on Tuesday. South Asian Games gold medallist in the 49 kilograms category, Amandeep booked a berth in the final when he out-punched M F B M Redzuan of Malaysia in the light fly weight category. Meanwhile, expressing his happiness at the performance of Indian pugilists, G S Sandhu, the chief coach said that the boys were very much motivated for the upcoming bouts.
