Senior BJP leader and former telecom Minister Arun Shourie was today questioned by the CBI as part of its ongoing probe in the 2G-spectrum scam. Shourie reportedly explained his role in the award of licences to operators on 'first come-first-serve' basis and the crucial telecom policy decisions taken during the NDA regime.
