Aseem Trivedi sent to judicial custody till Sep 24

Cartoonist Aseem Trivedi who was arrested by the police on charge of sedition has been sent to jail by a Mumbai court till September 24Aseem refused to take the services of a lawyer and declared that he would not seek bail on moral grounds till the charge of sedition against him is dropped. Meanwhile, Aseem's arrest has created huge outrage across the country. Earlier today, Aseem Trivedi had said that he had no regrets for what he had said and would continue doing what he has done.
