Bombay HC to hear Ashok Chavan’s plea in Adarsh scam

In connection with the Adarsh Housing Society scam, the Bombay High Court will hear former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan's plea today. Chavan had in fact sought quashing of the FIR registered against him. He argued he was falsely implicated by political rivals.
