Cabinet reshuffle unconstitutional and unethical: TMC

Even as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave his cabinet an overdue facelift, bringing in younger ministers in a bid to breathe new life into his aged, scandal-tainted government ahead of state and national elections, the TMC has termed the exercise as 'unconstitutional'. Subrata Mukherjee also lashed out at the central government for inducting leaders from West Bengal with the intention that he viewed as an attempt to create political imbalance in the state.
