Hitting out at the Comptroller and Auditor General Vinod Rai for his 'advice' on providing constitutional backing for the CBI and the CVC, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh today asked that why does he keeps on educating the government instead of taking steps to "stop leaks of reports" from his office. Singh had also slammed the CAG on twitter a few days ago.
