'China is a reality that India has to deal with'

Dr. Kenneth Lieberthal, Senior Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies, The Brooking Institution, speaks on Indo-China realtionships. India has to take an "eys open" policy with China and must involve itself to a greater extent with future global economic policy. Also, the US and China are mutually interdependent, and the US is not looking to India to thwart China.
