China neglecting quake hit Tibetans

Exiled Tibetans in India blamed China for discriminating against earthquake affected people in Tibetan areas. The exiles held a large congregation in Dharamsala on Monday to pray for the China earthquake victims. Addressing a news conference, Thubten Phalgey, head of solidarity committee and a member of the Tibetan parliament in exile, said that the Chinese government was neglecting the Tibetan areas in providing relief and rehabilitation to the Tibetan victims of the earthquake.
