Companies will have to pay market price of spectrum if they merge: Sibal

Union telecom minister, Kapil Sibal has said that the EGoM (Empowered group of ministers) has decided that companies will have to pay a market price if they come together or acquire another company which was allocated spectrum at old price of Rs 1,658 crore rupees.
