Cong satisfied, BJP not, with Tharoor's clarification

With Junior Foreign Minister Shashi Tharoor clarifying that his remarks on Jawaharlal Nehru were misquoted by the media and out of context, the ruling Congress Party said that the matter should be put to rest. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, spokesperson of the Congress party stated this at New Delhi on Sunday. Meanwhile, India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party demanded clarification from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
