Congress should make Mulayam PM candidate | Akhilesh Yadav

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav has said his Samajwadi Party could forge a grand alliance with the Congress if his father and party patriach Mulayam Singh Yadav was projected as the prime ministerial candidate for the general elections in 2019.

He offered the proposition during an exclusive interview at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. “Congress has made such an arrangement even in the past with coalition partners,” he said.
